Bob is a very good bar instructor and super friendly, he explains step by step what you need to know to prepare a drink and answers any questions you have. I recommend THE IBI , YOU will learn a lot from him.

Fun, laid back, but the class was very informative. I already had experience in the industry but was never formally trained and it was a fun experience. I learned a lot of new things with making drunks but also with providing service for folks.
The fact that Bob, the instructor, allows students to come back and practice more for free is huge and is also a testament of how Bob really has a passion for bartending.
