Day Classes — 2-Day Intensive
Monday & Tuesday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our Day Intensive is the fastest path to bartending certification in Rhode Island. Designed for career-changers, students, and anyone with a flexible daytime schedule, this 2-day program packs everything you need into two focused, hands-on days of professional training.
You’ll spend the majority of your time behind a fully equipped bar — not sitting in a lecture hall — learning real techniques from experienced industry instructors. By the time you walk out on Day 2, you’ll have your Bartending & Mixology Certification and TIPS Certification in hand, and our team working to connect you with employers who are actively hiring IBI graduates.

Evening Classes
Monday -Thursday | 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Already working? No problem. Our Evening Classes are built for people who can’t give up their days but are serious about building a new career. Same world-class curriculum, same small class sizes, same certifications — just on a schedule that works around your current life.
Evening students get the exact same hands-on bar training as our day classes, including cocktail building, liquor education, customer service, responsible alcohol service, and direct job placement support. You’ll graduate fully certified and ready to start applying to bartending jobs across Rhode Island, Providence, Newport, and beyond.

Weekend Classes
Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Our Weekend Intensive is one of our most popular options — and it’s easy to see why. Two full days, Saturday and Sunday, and you walk away Monday morning with a professional bartending certification, a TIPS certification, and a direct line to job placement support at top restaurants, bars, and venues across Rhode Island.
Weekend classes offer the same immersive, hands-on training environment as our weekday options, with an instructor-to-student ratio that ensures you actually get behind the bar and practice — not just watch. This is real training, not a seminar.
